With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped people of all ages and abilities become stronger, fitter, and more confident. But my passion for coaching also comes from my own journey.
I went through years of yo-yo dieting and spending hours doing endless cardio without seeing the results I wanted. It was frustrating, exhausting, and often felt like I was working hard for very little progress.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of weight training and a more balanced approach to fitness. By mixing up my training, building strength, and focusing on sustainable habits rather than simply burning calories, I achieved results that finally lasted — and felt much better both physically and mentally.
That experience shapes the way I coach today. I understand how difficult it can be to stay motivated when progress feels slow, and I’m committed to helping clients find an approach that fits their lifestyle and delivers long-term results.
My sessions are positive, supportive, and challenging, with plenty of encouragement along the way. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after having a baby, or looking to improve performance, my goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in what your body can do.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me walking my dog, Brambles, gardening, or searching for the perfect almond croissant!
