About your trainer
Hi, I’m Lulu — a fitness professional with over ten years’ experience. Athlete and certified personal trainer specialising in beginners, pre/postnatal fitness, and athletic performance. I deliver personalised, results-driven training to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
I’ve worked with leading clubs like Virgin Active and David Lloyd, and my time in the army gave me a solid foundation in discipline, resilience, and purposeful training.
Fitness, for me, is about much more than physical results. It’s about empowering you to feel confident, capable, and free to live life to the fullest. From day one, I’m invested in your journey — understanding your goals, what motivates you, and how to support you every step of the way.
As a group exercise instructor, my classes are known for their energy, positivity, and feel-good atmosphere. I love creating sessions that challenge you while keeping things fun and uplifting.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me out walking my dog, Brambles, or pottering in the garden, where I like to think I’m developing a bit of a green thumb.
